House Rules:

Check-in at 4pm/ Check-out 10am
Community quiet hours from 9pm - 7am
Max occupany - 12 guests
No parties/events
No glitter/confetti
No balloons
No smoking on premises due to Grand County fire hazards
No pets
The house is on a septic system, only toilet paper is flushed down the toilet
No illegal substances on the premises
Must be 25 and older to book
We will charge extra for any damages or evidence of breaking our house rules, and you agree to pay any damages committed by you or guests.

Hot Tub/Jacuzzi Rules:

No bubble bath/ or essential oils inside (Heavy fines $250+ apply for breaking this rule)
Please fully WASH OFF before use!
Please do not have lotions/ perfumes/ body oils on
No food inside
Make sure to close the jacuzzi lid & turn it back to sleep mode immediately when done.
Rules posted next to patio door to access the hot tub.

Parking:

No street parking
Only park in garage, driveway, or parking pad
7 parking spaces available

Garbage:

Garbage can must stay in the garage due to wildlife
Garabage pickup is on Wed. and does not need to be taken to the curb
Garabage company has code to enter garage

Cancellation policy:


Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
